Pierre Allain

Voici, pour répondre à des questions adressées par mail, quelques indications me concernant.

Je m’appelle +Pierre Allain. Je suis Docteur en Médecine, Licencié-ès-Sciences ancienne formule. Après avoir été Assistant à la Faculté de Médecine de Rennes puis de Paris, j’ai été nommé Professeur Agrégé de Pharmacologie à la Faculté de Médecine d’Angers en 1970. Avant cette nomination, j’ai fait de très nombreux remplacements en médecine générale.

A Angers j’ai eu trois activités :

universitaire : j’ai enseigné la pharmacologie aux étudiants en médecine. Je suis arrivé à une conception intégrée de la pharmacologie reposant sur les mécanismes d’action des médicaments, conception qui en facilite l’apprentissage et est matérialisée dans l’ouvrage "Pharmacologie, les Médicaments" et le site "Pharmacorama".
hospitalière : j’ai été Chef de Service du Laboratoire de Pharmacologie et Toxicologie et Responsable du Centre Régional de Pharmacovigilance ; j’ai d’ailleurs été à l’origine de leur création à Angers.
de recherche appliquée : en pharmacocinétique et en toxicocinétique, notamment celle des métaux utilisés en thérapeutique ou toxiques. J’ai participé à des publications, voir la liste ci-dessous.

Durant ma carrière hospitalo-universitaire j’ai eu, à titre professionnel, des contrats, gérés par une association ou le plus souvent l’université, avec des laboratoires pharmaceutiques et divers organismes publics.

Depuis septembre 2001, je suis retraité de l’Éducation Nationale. Je n’ai de lien financier ni avec les laboratoires pharmaceutiques ni avec les organismes publics.
